Assisted and Partial Care

We offer assisted care and partial care for elderly persons who do not require round the clock care (subject to an assessment of the resident). Additional care is available at costs specified in additional price list.

INCLUDED IN ALL CARE OPTIONS

Accommodation in a secure environment backed by new technology.

Panic button for each resident.

Daily cleaning of bathroom and kitchen (excluding washing of dishes).

Transport to Kolonnade Shopping Centre.

Daily removal of garbage bags.

Various social activities.

Weekly dusting of unit.

Church service and Bible study.

Weekly Laundry Service for 5kg of laundry per resident.

Occupational Therapy and Biokenetics 3 times per week (group sessions only).

Quarterly cleaning of grocery cabinets and defrosting of freezer.

Music Therapist services (group sessions only).

Transport to Doctors within 25 km Radius

Accommodation in various units ranging from 23m² to 55m² in a secure environment.

Monthly blood pressure, blood glucose and urine testing

2 meals daily (Diabetic Menus available at additional cost)

Special and Nursing care available at additional cost.

Medication Management (Blister Packing Compulsory, for the cost of the resident)

Various social activities.

INCLUDED IN PARTIAL CARE

Accommodation in various units ranging from 23m² to 55m² in a secure environment.

Assistance with bath/shower and dressing and making of bed.

Registered Nurse Rounds 2 x per day and 2 x per night.

Assistance with preparation for bed at night.

Nurses rounds 3 x per day and 3 x per night.

Resident does not need accompaniment to dining room and activities, and does not need supervision for the use of mobility devices.

2 Meals Daily (diabetic menus available at additional cost)
